We rely on your voluntary membership contributions to fund all the events the PTA hosts. If you would like to contribute, please send in this form with an envelope labeled "PTA Office" or submit your donation online here. We appreciate any contribution you can give and no amount is too small!
**Suggested contribution is $5 per family
Please add your child(ren)'s name(s) and teacher(s) when you submit your donation. The first class to get 100% participation will get a pizza party!
